requirements.

Accompany clients through the entire pre-production
process - attending agency & director briefings and manage
the procurement processes.
- Benchmark and challenge agencies’ production estimates,
making evaluations based on quality, creativity, speed and
cost; developing and suggesting effective budgets for the
marketing teams when necessary.

Advise on and oversee production details such as copy,
visual, cast, costume, location, decor, technical equipment
and timing, attending shoots to ensure that budgets and
briefs are inline.

Advise and negotiate with celebrities, influencers and music
licensers.

Follow the post production process to ensure timely and
effective delivery of the final project.
